WHAT ARE COOKIES?
Cookies are IT data, especially text files, which are stored on the Visitor’s device (meaning the person who visit our Website or do shopping at the Online Store) and are intended to facilitate the use of the website. Cookies usually contain the name of the web page of their origin, time for which they are stored on the end device (the Visitor’s device) and a unique identification number.
The entity placing cookies on the end device of the Visitor and gaining access to them is Alwero sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Hecznarowice, ul. Cookies are used to:
- – adapt the content of the Online Store (https://ealwero.com/) and the ALWERO online platform https://ealwero.com/ to the preferences of the Visitor and to optimize their use. Cookies can particularly recognise your device and view the web page accordingly, adapted to your individual needs;
- – create statistics that help to understand how you use the Website and the Online Store, which allows improving their structure and content;
- – maintain the User’s session (after logging into the User Account), thanks to which the User does not have to re-enter the login and password on each subpage.
The Website uses two basic types of cookies: session cookies and persistent cookies. Session cookies are temporary files which are stored on the end device of the Visitor until he log out of the User Account or close the software (the web browser). Persistent cookies are stored on the Visitor device for the duration specified in the parameters of cookies or until they are removed by the Visitor.
