For domestic shipments, we provide DHL courier shipments with home delivery and deliveries to InPost parcel lockers.

We carry out foreign shipments only via DHL.

WHAT FORM OF PAYMENT CAN I USE?

When ordering home delivery, you can pay for the ordered goods via:

– Przelewy24 – instant bank transfers, card and Blik payments

– PayPal – Instant currency payments, card payments

WHAT IS THE DELIVERY COST?

For Domestic Shipments:

– DHL courier – Fixed rate PLN 20

– InPost parcel lockers – PLN 18 

– Personal collection of the prepaid order at the Alwero store (ul. Krakowska 1, 43-330 Hecznarowice)

For international shipments:

– DHL Courier – Fixed rate €15 (does not apply to non-EU countries)

WHAT IS THE TIME TO PROCESS THE ORDER?

WHY DON’T I SEE THE SHIPPING BY INPOST WHEN PLACING AN ORDER?

Parcel locker shipments are strictly limited in terms of dimensions, so this form of shipping is not available for larger orders or most products from the DOM category
